All orders $99+ will be rewarded free shipping. All other orders will have calculated shipping prices depending on the size of the order, generally between $7-$12. 

Some customers will be eligible for Local Delivery. If the Delivery Address has a  Zip Code in Glendale, Burbank, or La Canada, you may select local delivery upon checkout. Local Delivery is $6.99, and you will receive your order within 1-5 Business Days after the order is placed. You will not receive a tracking number.

All orders will be shipped 1-3 Business Days after ordered. As we are shipping fragrances, we must ship via Ground… so shipping will generally take longer than you are used to. Customers will get their order 1-5 days Business Days after  shipped. 

At Fragrance818, we carefully pack all of our orders. All shipments are sealed well and packed perfectly, therefore we are not responsible for damaged products. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to the courier.

When in cart, if a product says “backordered,” we are out of stock of that specific volume of the fragrance. Sometimes, we may be out of stock on that fragrance entirely. 

Either way, if you purchase a backordered item, your order won’t be sent out for 3-14 days.
